Pictures - Day 1 - Cont...

This is a really cool looking high-rise building. Hong Kong has some really neat architecture.

There is literally a 7-Eleven on every corner. Best part is, there is an open container policy in Hong Kong so you can go into 7-Eleven, buy a beer for a buck and just walk around drinking it.

This is the famous escalator (on the left), that connects the Central District to the Mid-Levels. It runs across an area called SoHo (South of Hollywood Road) and is the longest covered escalator in the world. See? I know my facts...maybe I should be a tour guide.

This is the SoHo area, lots of expats (foreigners working in HK) and tourists hang out here. Almost every type of cuisine in the world is found here (except I didn't see Korean BBQ...oh well, can't have it all). Some cool pubs and western-style bars.
